Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. In case you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy:

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. For most products, the standard return window is 5 days from the date of delivery.
2. The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
3. In case pickup service is unavailable at your location, you will have to self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Return/exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

NOTE FOR RETURN:

• The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product should have its original packaging and tags intact. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return/exchange requests must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery. Products requested for return after the applicable return period will not be accepted. Any product-specific exceptions will be mentioned on the respective product page.

Refund Policy:

We accept refund requests in case of a mismatch in quality, size, colour, or design, or if an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged in a combo order.

Once the product has been picked up, the refund will be processed within 7 working days using the same transaction mode used for the original payment.
